Salutations in Sedona: Yoga + Hiking

Join Darcie & May for our annual Fall Yoga & Hiking Retreat. This year we will be gathering in the spectacular setting of Sedona, Arizona. We will be awakening our inner vortexes (koshas, chakras, vayus) through daily yoga, breathing and meditation practices as well as grounding down with the subtle energies of mother Earth. This retreat will give you a better understanding of your energetic anatomy as well as how you can tap into those infinite reservoirs for healing and rejuvenation. We will be learning how to activate Sun, Moon and Earth energies to support our health and learn some life-giving modalities to harness but also to cleanse energy such as Qigong, Tapping and the ancient hands-on healing therapy of Reiki. Come with an open mind and heart and receive the bounty of nature, nourishing food, and new friendships.

The venue is a spacious 5 bedroom, 10 beds & 3 full bath Airbnb that is centrally located near shops and restaurants and in the heart of a hiking meca. The Airbnb has a hot tub, foosball table, outdoor beach volleyball court/basketball court (yoga area) and tons of space to relax, renew and enjoy the scenery. Hiking trails can be accessed from the house. All the soaps, shampoos/conditioners are 100% organic and locally sourced.
We will be hiking during the day but hiking is optional - hiking to the bar, retail therapy and or to the spa are all wonderful alternatives! We look forward to creating a healing and fun adventure with you all. This retreat will prepare you for the total solar eclipse on October 14th so get ready to get re-charged!
